As METU Department of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering, this event, which we will organize for the first time on 29-30 May 2025, aims to strengthen sectoral cooperation and benefit students by bringing together representatives of the petroleum and natural gas industry, academicians, and students. This event aims to transform beyond just a meeting point into a traditional structure. Realizing this event in Ankara, the heart of the petroleum industry, and at METU, which is one of the most prestigious schools in our country, holds great importance both academically and sectorally.
The main objectives of the event are:
To improve university-industry cooperation,
To enable students to get to know the sector more closely,
To create an exchange of ideas platform with the leading representatives of the sector,
To contribute to the financial resources of the department with sponsorship revenues.
The event also aims to offer a rich experience to the participants with various presentations, panels, and exhibition areas.
