The deadline for the Faculty Administrative Board to evaluate proposals from our departments regarding course substitutions, add/drop processes, and switching to registered status, which could not be completed during the registration period of the 2024-2025 Academic Year 2nd semester, as well as correcting registration errors that occurred during the registration process, has been determined as March 13, 2025.
Another issue regarding registrations concerns our students who have not received advisor approval. There are two groups of students who have not received advisor approval:
1. Our students who have not received advisor approval during either the registration or the add/drop periods. These students are in an unregistered status, even if they have fulfilled their tuition fee obligations.
2. Our students who received advisor approval during the registration period and made changes during the add/drop period, but did not have these changes approved by their advisors. For these students, their registrations made during the initial registration period are valid. All changes they made to their existing registration information during the add/drop processes are invalid.
